When I have an idea for a design , I first write it down and work out how I’m going to design and make that particular piece of jewellery. I begin with a rough design of sketches and decide which way I’m going to create. Sometimes I will do a rendering in gouache paint.

Each Design is Individual that creates a journey from an Idea through to a finished piece of Jewellery

Once the design is complete I will then start making, either this will be done by forming with the chosen precious metal, usually recyclable sterling silver at the bench . Other times I will start to create the design by carving into wax, this will then be cast in recyclable sterling silver and finished at the bench.

With each Design that I create, each individual piece is made and finished by hand.
